6. International Orders & Import Responsibility

For international orders, including those shipped to Brazil or other countries, the customer is considered the importer of record and assumes full responsibility for:
- customs clearance
- import regulations
- duties and taxes
- local restrictions and requirements

Nova Bio Pep is not responsible for shipments delayed, rejected, held, or seized by customs authorities.

7. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, Nova Bio Pep is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider.

8. No Returns / No Refunds

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final.

Nova Bio Pep does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nova Bio Pep shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from this website.

10. Order Acceptance

Nova Bio Pep reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including orders suspected of misuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity.
